Meeting etiquette

We encourage members and guests alike to exchange business cards during lunch.

However, pamphlets and promotional materials should not be placed on the lunch tables (as this creates a lot of clutter while we’re having lunch). You’re welcome to place your business material on a separate table designated for the purpose. (If it isn’t clear where this is, please ask a member of the Committee.)

You’ll find the speaker’s information on your lunch table. The speaker’s notes and presentation material will also be posted on our website after the lunch meeting.

If you’d like to speak on a topic, or to suggest a good speaker, please contact our Speaker Secretary. We’d be delighted to hear from you.

Schedule

12.15pm

Arrive, mingle and chat, add your business card for the “starter for two” draw.

12.45pm

Starter for two (an opportunity for a member to take the stage and talk for two minutes about her company).
Two-course, sit-down meal plus coffee.

1.30–2pm

Presentation, followed by questions and discussion.

2.15pm

Close, but continue networking informally.
